Cancellation Policy:
Extra Fee. 1) If you cancel your reservation after paying the $100 reservation deposit but before the full rental fee is due: Refund $75 of the reservation deposit and retain $25 for processing. If you cancel after the full rental fee is due, the $100 reservation deposit is forfeited. 2) If you cancel after paying the full rental fee, a refund is dependent upon our ability to re-rent the unit. The minimum penalty is forfeiture of the $100 reservation deposit and a 3% processing charge levied on the full rental fee.
