Great condo! Ground floor corner unit has king bed convertible to two twins, and a queen-sized pull out sofa in the living room. Kamaole Beach 2 is at end of driveway. Kamaole Beach 3 is a short walk south on Kihei Rd. There is a shower behind the guard shack for sand removal. A large freshwater pool and central laundry facility are next to the office. Parking is plentiful, free and convenient to the condo. All amenities for a great vacation are within a short distance: outdoor swimming pool, short walk to the ocean, central to shopping, and nearby golf. Linens and towels (including beach towels), beach chairs, mats, and gas barbeque are furnished. Condo has radio, 28"TV (cable), VCR and CD/DVD, microwave oven, range and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, blender and coffee maker -- fully equipped for a carefree vacation. Clean, tastfully furnished and in tip top condition.
The Kihei area is generally drier and less windy than many other parts of the island. It is about 10 minutes by car to Makena beach, and even less to the fabulous hotels in the Wailea-Makena area.
**PLEASE NOTE: During peak season (Dec 15-April 30), will allow up to 2 more people for $10/each/night in excess of the 2 person maximum noted on GLAD Travel. This is an add-on after your booking.
