Once the security deposit is paid there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee regardless of any other conditions that may apply. *Prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund less fee. *Between 59 and 31 days prior to arrival the security deposit will be forfeited. *Less than 30 days the full rental amount will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent it; then there will be a portion refunded as determined by us. |
