1. Why & how does GLAD Travel have so many lodging options?

GLAD Travel has not purchased and does not use any pre-created database for Hawaii budget options. Instead, we have independently researched and logged every budget lodging option in Hawaii. We felt one of the major problems with current websites was not only their lack of complete choices for any particular destination but also the difficulty in determining whether options are budget or not. Thus, our goal is to show the traveler EVERY budget option out there, whether or not the lodging provider chooses to provide booking through us!

2. Why does GLAD Travel charge a $2 booking fee?

This helps to cover the costs of running the GLAD Travel site and fees associated with accepting credit cards. Be careful, as other sites may not clearly display their booking fees and, instead, hide it in a "taxes & fees" field (which can turn out being more costly than you realize).

Anyone! Our target market is the budget/adventure/independent traveler market but anyone is welcome to use and book with GLAD Travel (as long as you are 'of age' and follow our 'terms of use').
