1. How does this work?
2. Do I have a confirmed reservation if I book with a lodging that
says 'real time booking'?
3. What happens to my credit card if I submit a real time booking?
1. How does this work?
1. You find the lodging you want to book with, tell us the dates, and tell us
the # of travelers (you can search with this information or tell us AFTER you
find a place you want to book with).
2. We verify this lodging is available for your dates & # of travelers.
3. You fill out our booking form, where you pay the total amount displayed.
4. We charge your card and give you a confirmation - which means you have a
confirmed reservation.
5. You are responsible for handling any additional security/damage deposit
requirements the specific lodging may have (fairly unusual)- which you are
informed of during the booking process.
2. Do I have a confirmed reservation if I book with a lodging that says 'real time booking'?
Yes! Although please be careful to adhere to any 'security/damage deposit'
requirements (fairly unusual) that certain lodging providers may ask for. If
you do not meet their requirements for this, they have the right to cancel your
confirmed reservation. Yet, most will not just cancel your reservation. They
will first try to contact you about the situation.
3. What happens to my credit card if I submit a real time booking?
Your card is charged immediately. If there is a problem with charged your card,
you will be notified.
